Founder, JJC Development

Jim Caldwell brings more than 30 years of hands-on trade, construction, and facilities experience to JJC Development — including corporate oversight of construction and facilities projects spanning the country, from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. and many places in between, giving him a working knowledge of property condition, systems, and value that most investors evaluate from the outside looking in.

He holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate — academic grounding built specifically for the real estate side of the business, from underwriting and market analysis to the long-term thinking behind acquisition, renovation, and holding decisions.

JJC Development is the real estate arm of Caldwell Heritage, applying that same operational discipline to buying, flipping, and holding property across the Tampa Bay market.
